Our standard delivery option provides you with an excellent level of service that will make your furniture delivery experience as simple and cost effective as possible.
While it may not have all of the features of our White Glove Delivery Service, you can still rest easy knowing that most of the hard work will be done for you.

Since 1956 our White Glove Delivery Service has provided our customers with hassle free delivery and installation.
Using only our most experienced teams, we deliver up to a full truckload of furniture with a designated time of arrival, down to individual hour slots.
The professionally trained delivery team will unpack, inspect, assemble, and place your furniture in the room of your choice, as well as remove all packaging and debris.
For a small charge they will also remove your old furniture. With 99.6% customer satisfaction you can trust that our White Glove Delivery Service will make your furniture delivery experience as painless as possible.
If you do not want to take advantage of our delivery services customer pickup is available. All items picked up from our dock will be in their original packaging for the safest transport. We will load it for you, you tie it down and are on your way.
In preparation for your delivery please have the room cleared and ready for the new furniture placement. Also, if you like, our professional staff will remove the furniture being replaced for a small charge and it will be donated to a local non-profit.
Your design associate will notify you of product availability.
Our suppliers are the fastest in the industry, and will transfer your purchase to our local distribution center.
After we verify receipt of your goods we will notify you immediately and set up a delivery appointment that is convenient for your schedule.
Please note that this is not a guaranteed delivery date for your order. Some items may take longer due to manufacturing schedules.
Our system calculates this estimated date considering the total amount of time to process your order including: packaging, transit time to our distribution center, and driver availability.
Our local delivery crew will make every effort to deliver within the time window provided.
Please have the room ready for the furniture to be placed.
This included removing existing items that are currently located where your new items will be places.
Please make sure there is adequate access and space to complete the delivery - prior to delivery ensure that there is adequate room to make the delivery considering hallways & staircases.
Items hanging on walls, TV, lamps and any decorative items in the delivery path should be moved to a safe location until after the delivery has been completed.
Any items that still have a useful life will gladly be accepted by local charities (most offer free pick up on their schedule).
For items that you simply want “taken away”, we offer a Haul-Away service for a small charge.
Either you or your representative, that is 18 years of age or older, must be present to receive the merchandise at the agreed upon day and time window.
If no one is available to receive the deliver, a re-delivery fee may be applied to your order.
Please be sure to sign the Delivery Order in the presence of the Driver to indicate your delivery has been received.
Examine your order upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damaged, missing or incorrect pieces.
In the event that there are missing, damaged or incorrect packaged, please retain the item(s), indicate the problem on the Delivery Order and contact us within 48 hours of your delivery.
A signed delivery receipt, without notations of missing, damaged or incorrect item(s) represents your acceptance of the complete order in perfect condition.
