What you should expect
Free in-store consultation with an associate to assist you in defining your personal taste and lifestyle. Our associate will complete a quick sketch of your room to assist the Designer. Budget and financing options will be discussed so that we can create a room that you are comfortable with.

Free in-home visit to acquire functionality, color scheme and comfort opportunities. Our Designer will take measurements of your room and note any existing items that will be included with the new layout. An appointment will be scheduled to meet back at the store for presentation of your new layout.

Free in-store presentation of floor plan including furniture layout, lighting and accessorization. A formal drawing of your room will be displayed along with all fabrics and photos of styles and recommended accessories and lighting.

In-home installation - complete and thorough set-up that includes moving existing furniture, placing new furniture, accessories and lighting. Our Designer will accompany the delivery staff to ensure that everything meets your approval.
